I had no experience in homebuying. I didn't how to look for a home or where to even start. I didn't have to worry about it because Cliff had it handled. He walked me through every step of the process from getting a pre-approval to closing. I never once wondered where I was in the process or what was next, Cliff kept me in formed every step of the way. When we were looking at houses he would point out things that were major problems or things that could become a problem in the future. Most of the things he showed me I would have never known to look for.
